ePRMS
Patient records software for medical practices: patient files, visit and operative notes, diagnoses, appointments and printouts in one place. ePRMS runs in the browser with nothing to install, and new features are built to fit the way your practice works.

2. Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Diese Website wird bei ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland, gehostet. Mit dem Hoster besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung nach Art. 28 DSGVO. Beim Aufruf der Website verarbeitet der Server automatisch: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, übertragene Datenmenge, Referrer-URL, Browser und Betriebssystem. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; unser berechtigtes Interesse ist der sichere und stabile Betrieb der Website. Die Logfiles werden nach [Frist beim Hoster prüfen] gelöscht.
3. Kontaktformular und E-Mail
Wenn Sie uns über das Formular oder per E-Mail schreiben, verarbeiten wir Ihren Namen, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und Ihre Nachricht, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, soweit die Anfrage auf einen Vertrag zielt, sonst Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Wir löschen die Daten, wenn die Anfrage erledigt ist und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen. Zum Schutz vor Missbrauch speichert der Server beim Absenden einen verschlüsselten Prüfwert (Hash) Ihrer IP-Adresse für höchstens eine Stunde; das Formular setzt keine Cookies.
4. Keine Cookies, kein Tracking, keine externen Dienste
Diese Website setzt keine Cookies und verwendet keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Werkzeuge. Schriften und alle anderen Dateien werden von unserem eigenen Server geladen; beim Besuch werden keine Daten an Google oder andere Dritte übertragen. Die Patientenzahl von ePRMS ruft unser Server selbst ab; dabei werden keine Daten der Besucher übermittelt.
5. Verschlüsselung
Die Website nutzt TLS-Verschlüsselung. Sie erkennen dies am Schloss-Symbol und an „https://“ in der Adresszeile.
6. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitungen auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Art. 21).
